I bought one of your bikes 3 years ago for my wife to help her in her recovery from her heart attack.
The bike has been great. But this year we went through the battery recall and​ ​my wife got sick again so we weren’t able to use the bike all summer.
We rolled it out today and went to put that new battery onto the charger. It was odd because it stayed red for only a couple of minutes and then went green. But the charge indicator on the battery showed all dark.
Oh no! The battery is faulty or the charger is, at least that​'​s what we thought.​ I told ​my wife not to worry, i’d email you guys and ask what I could do. They replied within minutes (your support guys) and then Casey called me. Mate, it’s 8PM, just wow. He asked me like three questions and we worked out I just wasn’t operating the battery correctly. I feel dumb but I am honestly really impressed with the service I had from your team. This is why I bought a
