I had a couple of problems with my 36 volt battery on my Pedego City Commuter, namely, a problem with the battery not charging properly, and, secondly, with the battery power suddenly turning off, accompanied by a popping noise.

I called Pedego and was transferred to Casey, who is Pedego's battery expert. Casey quickly gave me the information I needed to remedy both problems, and I was riding soon thereafter. Thanks very much, Casey!
