I just purchased my Pedego Step-Thru City Commuter at Hybrid Pedals, and I was very pleased with the experience. Alan and his team were very helpful and informative. Alan asked questions to get to know what I was looking for in an electric bike and was happy to provide a great deal of information - indeed, you will get an education and not be pushed to buy the most expensive bikes in the store, but the one that is the best fit for your needs. He encouraged my husband and I to try out any we were interested in and also some others just for comparison sake. There was a large selection of bikes to chose from, and it is clear that they want happy customers. I highly recommend stopping in if you are interested in learning about, trying out, or even renting an electric bike.
