Today I took my first real ride on my new
bike. I was curious about how the 48V / 10 Amp battery would hold up. I'm 5'6" and weigh 225 lbs. I was amazed that my 35 mile round trip only used less than half the charge. About 20 miles were riding on a paved rail trail, but the roads to and from the rail trail were hilly back roads. I was in pedal assist, switching between level 0 and 3. This bike is amazing! On a regular bike I would struggle to do 3.5 miles. On my Pedego the 35 miles was pure joy.
