Riding a newer designed bike with power can be a little intimidating at first.
I was a little nervous about the throttle being on the opposite side to my older ebike,
but that was never a problem. You set the handlebars just perfectly for
me but I was still impressed with the option to quickly change their position.
Even though the bikes are not light, they felt extremely light and easy to handle.
It was easy to pedal both bikes on the flat with
zero power. For someone almost six feet and not skinny, that was quite a surprise.
I was blown away by the throttle power, especially on the bike with the most power.
I zoomed effortlessly uphill, even without pedalling. With pedal power to conserve
energy, it was still easy--and a thrill.
The gauges on both bikes were very user friendly and easy to read, even in bright light.
Both bikes were obviously designed for comfort. My friend, who is an experienced long distance
touring rider, thought that she might be uncomfortable with the more upright riding position,
but she found it very comfortable.
Since you asked for my input, I tried to find something about the bikes that
I didn't like or would like to see changed. There was nothing! On the drive home, my friend and I
talked about how much thought went into the bikes' design and features. It is also a
huge plus for a customer that parts and excellent service are easily available.

I will DEFINITELY recommend your shop and products to anyone enquiring about
ebikes. The personal interest you take in your products and customers is a bonus!
