I had my new Pedego for one day and the following day it was fully charged but would NOT power on. My local dealer was out of town for the next five days and I was so disappointed. I called Pedegio and spoke to CASEY in tech support. He figured out the problem immediately and walked me through tightening some prongs in the fuse. Voila! This guy has the patience of a saint and at the very least needs a big promotion within the company. Love Pedego and love Casey!
