I really cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Pedego as a whole and I love my step-through Interceptor!
When I moved to South Florida in 2011. I was a slave to public transportation or a standard bike to get around. Now, I get anywhere I want or need to go without the down-time waiting for a bus, or showing up to an appointment looking like I showered with my clothes on.
Owning a car here is quite expensive and the savings in gas, maintenance, and insurance have more than paid me back for the cost of the bike back in 2012. The savings in fares and the fun of riding are simply the "whipped-cream and cherry on top"! I literally chuckle to myself every time I pass a city bus or a line of cars stopped at a red-light.
I currently travel 150 miles a week or more in my normal routine of going to college, work, and family duties and have logged as many as 45 miles a day traveling to and from job assignments in the past.
Since I rely so heavily on my bike, I also do the maintenance, Every time I have called with a question or concern, the techs there have helped me resolve it or directed me to a video that can demonstrate the process to effectively make the repair. (Like a rear flat).
The bottom line is: Pedego delivers! From the top down. The quality of the product is only surpassed by the quality of the people behind it. I have had the pleasure of speaking with top executives, techs, and front-office personnel; all of whom possess a level of enthusiasm for, and dedication to customer satisfaction and support that is foreign to so many companies today.
