I needed a bike to commute to work a bit over 2 miles away and back on, and Pedego was one of the options I saw when searching for local e-bike sellers. From the first time I stepped in the store to learn about the e-bike, to the time I went home with my ebike and had the wrong battery charger, the staff was amazing. They demoed the bike for me, helped me get my first riding expereince. Set my bike up ready-to-ride with all my add-ons, and when it was discovered that I had the wrong batter charger for my bike, they brought the right one to my house for me. I can't speak highly enough of Pedego and that's not even talking about how freaking awesome my bike is. I'm constantly told how awesome it is by my coworkers, guests, and around town. Very happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend Pedego to others.
