Really a wonderful experience dealing with owner Amanda Parsons. She knows her products and is genuinely interested in helping customers get the most out of the bike. Spent the afternoon with Amanda and her delightful associate Tammy Fieldgate. Went in for one bike and came out with two. Further, in the haste of loading the equipment, a wrong accessory was included and Amanda drove five hours the next day to deliver the right part. Now that is customer service.
