After struggling with what physical things I can do after my back surgery (L2-3, L3-4, L4-5) riding my Pedego is a HUGE WINNER!!! I have only had it a week and have over 60 miles on it and LOVE it! So comfortable, and I'm getting exercise that doesn't aggravate my back condition, if fact it appears to be making me more flexible and strong! So glad our friends Gary and Ronda invited us on a bike ride and then let us ride their Pedegos for a few miles!
