l have a Pedego Comfort Cruiser Electric Bicycle, that`s at my mom`s place, they are a nice bicycle, but they are top heavy with the battery that sits up high which puts the weight up around the riders mid line leading to less control of the electric bicycle.
A lower center of gravity would be a start by putting the battery in between the back wheel and the seat. this would be better for the bicycles this way. and they aught to have shock absorbers too.
