City Commuter was my choice and I am so glad it was. I ordered online and it was shipped to my garage door. Customer service was great and help was there when I needed it. I ride the bike everytime the sun is out. I Iove riding the City Commuter and everything on the bike works perfectly. I never thought riding a bike could be so fun. Best purchase I've ever made. I love zipping around the neighborhood effortlessly. I now look forward to comming home from work and taking a 10 to 20 mile bike ride. My energy level is going up every day and I can't wait to get back on my bike. I also like passing other ebike brands and glad I didn't settle for another brand. My pedego is truly a quality product.
