On Saturday, I had an accident with my Pedego City Commuter and broke one of the brake levers. I called Tommy who said bring it in, so I asked if they could do a full service on the bike as well since it had been over 700 miles since my last one. They did it all and I had it back on Sunday. Then the big surprise - it cost quite bit less than I was expecting, even though it also required replacement of two spokes and truing of the wheel. How often does that happen in life? Tommy was also helping me load the bike onto my bike carrier when he noticed some loose bolts on my carrier. He went back into the shop twice to get the appropriate tools to tighten those bolts. Clearly above and beyond the call of duty. The service I have experienced at this store makes me glad to have purchased at a store that truly takes care of my needs after the initial purchase. I love my City Commuter bike and I ride feeling confident that I am on a bike that is as safe as can be. Thank you Tommy and Geoff!
