I walked in totally new to what an electric bike was and was greeted by Don whom went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even let me try out multiple bikes before I made my decision to go with the Interceptor. As a business owner myself I am extremely satisfied with the way I was treated upon entering and leaving. I rode the bike for hours that same night went 12 miles while still having over 80 percent of the battery left! Thank you Don and Pedigo!
