John and Josh were very helpful and gave me a great deal on a comfort cruiser. I wanted a midnight blue in classic, but they were on back order. John offered me a red step-thru comfort cruiser with pedal assist at no extra charge. He encouraged me to buy the step-thru, and I'm glad I did. It is so much easier to get on and off. I took a 42 mile ride the next day and it worked perfectly. What a great bike and what great service.
