Purchased a bike from Crazy Lennys located in Wisconsin. Made a deal with a salesman named Gary. Received an email with pictures of the bike describing it as having tiny scratches that he sent photos of, and 190 miles on the bike. After receiving the shipped bike, it has very deep gouges, large scrapes, painted over damage and broken wires for the headlight. I contacted the store and was offered a saddle bag. I declined. After a few emails with Gary, I was instructed to send the bike back at my cost. Not acceptable, because it was not my fault.
I contacted Pedego and was told that this dealer is an independent dealer and there isn't much they could do. I was asked to send the email from Gary with the pictured damagto Wendy at Pedego which I did. Wendy stated to me in a response email that there was quite a bit of damage to this bike and would reach out to the dealer.
Same response, hands were tied nothing they could do for me.
