A few week ago my husband took my pedago bike to our local shop to have it fixed because our family was going to Newport Beach for Spring Break. The local shop couldn't figure out the problem so he told us the headquarters of Pedago was in NB so we could take it there to have it looked at. The guy from the local shope emailed them all the things he had tried to fix it so they wouldn't waste their time doing the same things he had already done. We did just that and come to find out, my bike had a crack in the frame. We didn't know about the crack but they were honest in telling us about the crack. They replaced my bike frame at no cost due to the lifetime warranty of the frame, which we also didn't know about. Due to the frame replacement, we also got all new wires and control box. From Nick, the technician, the operations manager (I didn't get his name) and the cashier (I didn't get her name either) EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for all you did for us and making our experience so positive. My "new" bike runs beautifully!!!!
