Bob and his team at Irvine Pedego are second to none. The customer service is impeccable. After my wife and I lost our Pedego Bikes to a fire in the garage we had an opportunity to look at other electric bikes on the market. I wanted to make sure that I was getting the best electric bike I could for the money. After looking at many different E-Bikes on the market I was drawn back to the Pedego Electric Bike, not only for looks and styling but for the customer service. If you haven’t been to a Pedego Store before this is the difference between other E-Bikes on the market. You have the opportunity to design your bike in different configurations and color in a sense making the bike your own. For example I wanted front mountain bike shocks on both my wife’s beach cruiser style bike and my city commuter bike just like the Newport Beach Police have. My additional requirement was, we wanted to retain the front fender over the wheel. If you look at any mountain bike out there you will not see a front fender on the bike. Bob and his team at Irvine Pedego made it happen the bike looks awesome. Not only is it functional over ruff train making for a smoother ride but it keeps the water from splashing up on you. Truly a great bike I love it. I really can’t say enough about the bike and the customer service we have received over the years owning our first and second set of Pedego Bikes.
