They did a total tear off and reroof, including new decking, and were cleaned up and gone in 4 hours. Unbelievable! The new roof and air conditioner are great. A couple of hours after the ac unit was installed, it became apparent that it wasn't working. I called Jasper's office and a supervisor called me back in less than 5 minutes. He had the technician return (in 20 minutes!) and had me up and running in 15 minutes. Total time from my initial call and the completed repair: 45 minutes. Great work, and remarkably fast.
