I shop at Curtain and Bath outlet frequently, I was disappointed to find out that if one piece of a set that I purchased was out of stock and had to ordered on line, I feel that it should have been ordered at the store and shipped to me and with no shipping cost as most retailers offer. It cost 7.99 to ship a 12.99 piece.
