I had never shopped here before and probably will not again. I did not care for the curtain material and there was a plastic lining on the back of them... They looked like denim shower curtains! When I called to request a return shipping label the woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional. It took her about 3 tries to give me/ verify the correct return address and also told me that they do not send out/ pay for return purchases- which I think is really cheap. She stated that they do not send out return labels if there is nothing wrong with the item because then the company would be "sending them out all the time" (which really, does not speak well for them!)
