Both times when I ordered curtains, mistakes happened! First time, one panel was dirty/damaged. Second time, color was wrong; BUT, I have to say that, again, both times, the customer service was excellent. I had quick replies and how they made it easy for me to return the item(s) and they sent replacements immediately! There was genuine warmth and concern conveyed through email no less. Customer service is a thankless job and I can't imagine some of the needlessly difficult people that customer service reps deal with. I have also dealt with my fair share of bad customer service reps too. I guess I lucked out here and am very grateful. Simone, your the best!
