Never got the items or any customer service!

I ordered online and never got my items. After shopping for weeks online for curtains for my entire downstairs. I finally found what I was looking for. I ordered several pairs of drapes and sheers, amounting to almost $300. After about 2 weeks they said they shipped, I got a notice form UPS.
They should have been delivered to Indiana and went to California. My bad, I did not change the Autofill on my computer. I called the same day UPS notified me of the delivery pick up from Curtain and Bath Outlet. I never got a call back. I called several days later and left a voicemail, during business hours mind you. I never got a call back. I called again 2 days later. I finally got to speak to Paulette. She was NO help. She said, "well we sent it to the address on the order." Fine, but how come no one called me back the first time I reached out, or the second?
2 weeks later UPS sent me a postcard letting me know they could not deliver to the original address. I spoke to them and gave the correct address. They said they would get it to me. I don't know what happened to my order. I emailed again and asked them to track it. Still no response from C&BO? WOW, this has been over a month now and Still NO customer service worth a darn.
I only gave them a rating on quality and value because I could not submit the review otherwise.
