First of all I would like to say my experience with K12SchoolSupplies.net was a very positive and personal one. I ordered on line and then called their number as I was having some difficulty ordering. Dan and Heidi were very personable, friendly and helpful. I was trying to locate a product and I explained what I needed and they did all they could, emailing, calling etc to help place and fill my order. They were in contact either by phone to confirm or email. We were very impressed with the excellent customer service. They certainly went above and beyond what they could have done. It was over the Christmas time when everyone was busy but they took the time to help me with my order. It was unavailble before Christmas so they helped change my ordering as I had paid for 2 day shipping and it was changed to regular shipping. I received my order. After all this communication back and forth I didn't order the right product. Dan and Heidi were more than obliging to help with correcting that. After receiving my order I called to tell them what had happened and this was a month and half later. They remembered me right away and Dan was searching on the web immediately and trying to locate what I needed.
I was definetly impressed with their personable service and have passed the word around about K12 School supplies. In our busy world and daily lives it isn't often you find someone who sincerly cares about thier customers and they did.
