Technicians were friendly and informative but the business process did not make sense. I was overcharged for a service that was not given and then was contacted by the customer service person Elizabeth who was unable to make it right. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she would not give me contact information for me to help resolve the issue. In addition they started to bill me for a monthly service that I did not authorize. According to other reviews this has happened
on numerous occaisions.
