It has been 48 hrs after the snowfall and still, no one has come out to clear the snow. We can not reach anyone to give us any updates. I have elderly parents stranded in their homes due to the lack of service. I had my 83yr old father out there trying to take the snow out.

Here is a breakdown.
Dec 28th - Called 8 times and no one had called me back.

Jan 11th - Called 4 times. I was finally able to reach the office. I was told the franchise will call me. News flash!! No one called.

Jan 12th- called back and requested for the upper manager or the owner to call me. Sadly, no callback.

Jan 14th & 15th - same as Jan 12th. Requested a callback. Sadly, im yet to hear from them.

I recommend using someone else.
