I hired these guys for lawn care after using them for snow removal the previous year. I honestly did not get a very good review of them when I spoke to the person who told me about them, I actually received a caution from them! Silly me, I decided to give them a chance anyway.

Never mind that the initiation of the contract was mixed up and the customer service experience was full of inconsistencies. Whatever. Hired them anyway.

My lawn is small as can be and it's not cheap to have it cut.
I lock my backyard and asked for a heads up when they came because I am a single mom of a very young child and don't keep it unlocked unless I have to for safety reasons.

I asked REPEATEDLY REPEATEDLY REPEATEDLY for a heads up when they were coming if only a text to let me know they were coming. Considering they come whenever they want, any time of day, and sometimes don't come until the day before or the next day for whatever reasons.

They did ask to keep my key, however. Like I'm going to give my key to some random guy cutting my lawn.

Not only did they REFUSE to give me a heads up, again REPEATEDLY, but when somebody rings the doorbell, I haven't even enough time to get to the door to answer it before they have jumped back into their truck to drive away, leaving my lawn on more than one occasion not cut in the back. The money gets pulled out of my account like clockwork, however!

Calling Augin, the guy 'in charge' of this franchise, and telling him that I had unlocked the door, about 30 seconds after the guy rang the doorbell and took off, I was scolded about having my fence door locked. And told that I should find somebody else to do my lawn if I feel he charges too much and does not provide good service. LOL!! Uh, yeah. I will.

I am more than disappointed, I am disgusted. As a repeat customer, the treatment that I received was gross.
