A Little Disappointed
Sorry but I am a bit disappointed with the service...we hired the gardener last winter for snow removal...after a bit of a rocky start, the service improved...we were so happy that we renewed for 2020...so far our experience has been largely “negative”... they never seem to come by until late afternoon...and by then I don’t believe the crew really cares about doing a good job... they just want to get done! Because they come so late in the day, I think I have cleared the snow more often than them! Very disappointed with the level of service this year...
