Very unreliable. Would come well after snow fall ended and by then the driveway would turn to ice after driving over the snow. Even when they show up, the cleaning is very poor and they plowed in less than 3 minutes leaving over 2 cm of snow. I paid 2 teenagers $20 and they did a better job.
