Hired the Gardner to perform snow clearing for the last 2 years. Year 1 I ended up calling them to remind them to clear the snow, this despite having paid the seasonal dues upfront. Year 2 - 2018/ 2019 season. Paid $700+ for the snow clearance. I was away on business for a few weeks and returned to find a City fine for uncleared snow on the boulevard walkway. Photos taken by the city officials show a pile of uncleared snow adjacent to my property on the walkway. When confronted The Gardner's response was "It's freezing rain, we don't salt sidewalks". The photos from tge city show a pile of snow about 3 feet figh. The city fine amounted to $150. DON'T HIRE THIS OUTFIT. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
