First snowfall of the season I had to do it myself, the second they didn’t show up until 7pm, the third (after 4 phone calls and 4 emails which were never received responded to) at 8pm once again I had to shovel imyself so I could get out in the morning. The next storm-which was on a Tuesday I began calling at 8am. The driveway was plowed at 3pm. It was a messy job - the driveway was about 4ft narrower, the curve was not plowed, there was a mound of snow at the end of the driveway and across the road. I called and sent an email Tuesday afternoon to complain - no response. On Friday I called again and it was finally fixed. I am once again waiting for someone to show up.
I have sent lengthy emails and photos with my complaints and have not received acknowledgment, apologies or a refund.
