Never been so frustrated
Third snowfall this year and the third time my sidewalk has not been cleared. I posted a negative review after the last instance and received an email almost instantly. It was apologetic and nicely written but nothing has changes as evidenced by my still snow covered sidewalk. I will be looking for another provider next year. I would look this year if I could get any of my money back.
