Disappointed this year
I have used The Gardener for more than 5 years now and I have been very happy with the service in the past. This year, however, I have been disappointed. I appear to be at the end of the route because even when the snow stops over night, it's after noon before they get to my place. This past weekend, it was actually over 24 hours after the snow stopped before they came. I called and left a message and emailed and no one contacted me to say anything. Not very good customer handling. And today's snow, they did not clear my sidewalks which puts me at risk for a fine from the city. Again I've sent an email and I'm hoping that some one actually reaches out to me, letting me know that they value my business.
It's just the beginning of the winter so I'm still holding out hope that the service level goes back to what I have experienced in the past.
