I'm very disappointed with the decreasing level or service and the non responsive nature to problems from the Gardener. Following a number of calls and requests including a discussion regarding reimbursement for missed services last year, the response from was less than satisfactory. Essentially it was an ultimatum that said you either say you will use is again or we're not interested in even sending you out a quote for the services you've requested including the reimbursement for services not completed last year. When I asked why they were unwilling to do this so that I could see what to expect in the upcoming year, their response was that if I was still deciding, I could call them back to confirm at which time they would provide the quote. I'm not in a position of agreeing to a contract without actually having it in front of me and based on the lack of follow up in the past, I will be moving to an alternate provider who is service oriented.
