Used the Gardener for 1 1/2 years and service was ok. During big storm on Feb 11/17 a sub-contractor was used and did a very poor job by coming late (2:40 am following day) by which time snow was compacted. Left 3/4 of driveways with 2-3 inches of compacted snow. Made no effort to come back and correct after I advised and we spoke so I ended up shoveling myself (1 1/2 hours). Refused to make any adjustment for payment for failing to complete job properly. I was advised that I was the only customer to complain and that they didn't customers like me. They returned my last post dated payment and cancelled my contract effective immediately with no adjustment for having failed to clean properly for prior period. Cancelled contract left me with no snow clearing service for 17 parking spaces and associated driveways. Not a very professional way to handle customers who complain for work which is not properly completed.
