Will not recommned Gardener
We were with Gardener for 9 years. 3-4 years ago this particular franchise looking after us was sold to the person we had to deal with and it has been a nightmare. What flabbergasted me was the comment from the co that he is their best. I wonder if this is how this Frenchise define exceeding clients expectations, what gets done when client's expectations are not met. Another point that disappointed me was that if a client is not pleased with the level of services provided by a particular Franchisee, too bad another one will not be provided to you as each Franchisee has its own geography. There was an intentional unauthorized charge on my credit card which took me a long time to get reversed. Our lawn are agreement specified that in addition to mowing the lawn, shrubs and flower beds will be maintained. I had to call the co many many times before anything got done. Since the heavy snowfall last year ( keeping in mind, there was hardly any snow on the ground for the past 3 years except for last year), every time I will bring it ot their attention all the things not done, I was being threatened that he does not want to do any more work. They broke the contract in the middle of it and last year during the winter, I was threatened on the same basis. I found the entire process very unprofessional and unethical. Will never recommend this Franchise to anyone. Unacceptable
