Unbelievable Experience!!!!!

I’m truly grateful to the ‘Welcome to Harlem’ team for their professionalism, expertise and hospitality shown to our group during our ‘Historical Excursion to New York.’

I am a ministry coordinator at our church and once a year I try to plan an outing that offers a relevant purpose and fellowship opportunity that supports various ministries. We have a very large population of veterans that are very active in our church and community. Our theme this year for Veterans’ Day will be to honor those who were serving during 9/11.

After countless hours searching for information to complete a tour package to Ground Zero, it was ‘Welcome to Harlem,’ website that stood out with the most enticing itinerary. Although I was reluctant to contract with them because they were pricier than most agencies, I’m so grateful for speaking with its President, Carolyn about my concerns. Its definitely true ‘you get what you pay for,’ as Carolyn went beyond the call to duty and turned what could have been a disaster into a once in a lifetime experience for many of us.

Ground Zero was our first stop and all went well. Three hours into our day we begin to have transportation concerns and later problems that was the making of an expensive disappointment. Carolyn took upon herself to ensure that 55 strangers would experience an amazing and awesome time in the Big Apple.

Carolyn demonstrated the utmost sincerity in committing herself to savaging our day. She guided the bus driver across town to our meeting location where she had been waiting. In spite of being over 3 hours late in beginning our Harlem tour, Carolyn was able to work out a new itinerary that left everyone at awe. There were educators and key leaders from our community who were amazed at the educational experience, excitement and fellowship of Carolyn’s presentation of Harlem.

Carolyn’s persistence and concern for her clients epitomizes the due diligence and sincerity that merits ‘Welcome to Harlem Tours’ a 5-star rating, ‘thank you’ for a remarkable experience.
