Good price. Poor Quality Control

This is the third set of cabinets I've put together and the first from Kitchen Cabinet Depot. The wood fronts are beautiful and well crafted (Especially for China). some of the plywood was pieced together, requiring that I reinforce some of the backs. The 36 inch drawer unit was missing dowels and the bottom was not reinforced, requiring me to jerry-rig a solution. It took me 24 hours each time to get a response from the company (not great), but they were sympathetic and interested in my issues, although it was too late for them to fix the situation (i bought new dowels from Home Depot). All-in-all, if you are willing to make on-the-spot adjustments and check the product carefully, this remains a good deal - you just have to work a little harder. Shipping speed and price was extraordinary.

Thanks for informing us of the dowels that were missing to assemble some of your drawer boxes. Based on your report we have checked our inventory and rectified the problem. You also pointed out that the cam-locks on some plywood back panels were 1/8" off, so you had to use screws to reinforce the attachment of the back panels. We have checked our inventory for this issue, We do not have any misalignment of our current stock. We would have been happy to send replacement back panels that do line up, but we understand that you had time restraint and did not want to wait for those parts. You said you were missing some shelf clips and one counter top support bracket from one of the base cabinets. Thanks for letting us know so we could send those items. Sometimes people misplace or lose small parts during assembly, We want to assure our customers that if this happens they are not on their own, we can still help.
