My wife's laundry room had contractor grade cabinets that were falling apart at 17yrs so I decided to renovate it for her. Not willing to pay thousands for labor for a laundry room and being moderate to highly skilled in the DIY department I took it on. Ordered the Cafe' Latte style cabinets that had metal bracket assembly. First off the ordering experience was excellent and so were the customer service reps. Wanted a blind cabinet back that was back ordered and they handled it for me no issues. Local delivery was difficult to deal with as they insisted on a 4 hour window and if we were not home they doubled the delivery fee! The cabinet doors are high grade but that is where the quality stops. The cabinets are typical made in China quality and do not assemble as easily as the videos! You will have to make your own adjustments to get the cabinets square! I also ordered a blind sided base cabinet that was 39 inches that came in a 42 inch base. I opened immediately after delivery and the front was 39inches with no damage so I put it aside. When I went to put it together a week later I realized the bottom of the cabinet was for a 42inch base and did not fit. Had to rip it on my table saw to get it to fit. Otherwise instructions are a problem as well. No instructions for soft close drawer assembly and after I got them together I still have brackets left over I do not know where they go! So bottom line…Good quality front/doors/drawers but you will need above average DIY skills to get the cabinets square when you assemble them. Check everything once you get your delivery our of the box because there are manufacturing defects not caused by shipping in many cases. Room looks great and my wife is thrilled otherwise. Not a real negative since I didn't mind putting in some extra time to save the $3500 that I saved over KraftMaid. Will order RTA again for a bathroom and media room but will be prepared next time for assembly corrections.
