Very Disappointing - 5.5 Weeks, Still Waiting to Have Functioning Cabinets
Firstly, I am happy with the quality of the cabinets. They are beautiful. My issue has been with the customer service. Ordered on 12/26, arrived on January 12th. We were never sent a shipping confirmation, so it was a scramble to get someone at home to receive the package. The delivery driver wouldn't come down our road, so we had to meet him near the highway to get the cabinets. The boxes were very damaged when we picked them up, but we accepted them as instructed. Two pieces were damaged, and I sent an e-mail the same day, no reply but it was late on a Friday. Monday, still nothing so I called them, I was told to send an e-mail to support@kitchencabinetdepot.com. Waited two days for a reply, just to be told I sent it to the wrong e-mail. Instead of forwarding, I was told to resubmit so I did. Waited another 2-3 days for a reply, and there was a mistake on which parts they thought were needed. Another 2 days for a reply. As of today, Jan. 13th, they still cannot confirm that any replacement pieces were sent. I was promised at least a tracking number 2 days ago, nothing. My kitchen is left torn apart, and they have no idea if parts were sent or or not, or when they will be. Great cabinets, if you have extreme patience. I have been waiting over 2.5 weeks, and I have no idea when or if I will have functioning cabinets. Very disappointing. I will update if this is ever resolved.
