The worst customer service!!!

As a flipper and manager of my own rentals I buy a lot of cabinets. This time I was looking for a rather plain style with no stain or paint. KCD had just what I was looking for. I placed my order for 2 apartments. I followed up a week later and was told my order would go out by 3 PM the next day. After 10 days and no word I called back only to find out they close for an extended holiday. I had to wait another week before I could ask where my order was. I finally got ahold of them and was told "the warehouse made a mistake. They were out of stock on one size cabinet and held up the order. I have 2 problems with KCD, 1 no one cared or took responsibility. 2 when I asked them to make a good faith gesture before I placed my next 2 kitchen and bath order it was dismissed. Anyone can make a mistake the judgement comes from how they deal with them. These people are not accountable or interested making amends for their errors. The cabinets are OK but not worth the risk of dealing with them.

You purchased the Golden Shaker Ready To Assemble cabinet collection. This collection is Red Oak with Clear Coat Finish.

We are very sorry that the holiday closure threw off your schedule.
We want to make up for it. Your complaint has not been dismissed. Please check your email for our reply.

The warehouse is typically very good at getting back to us in customer service regarding out of stock items.
This collection ships within 3-5 days.
If anything is out of stock, the warehouse contacts customer service within 24 hours, then an email is generated to the customer for a resolution.
We were very disappointed, as I am sure you were, that the warehouse did not address the shortage for your order placed on 12/12 until you had to contact us for an update on 1/8. Changes were made and the order was released then shipped 3 days later on 1/11.
Again, we are very sorry for the delay and upset to your schedule.

Since the Golden Shaker is very low on stock, please reply with a list of what you would like to order so we can check stock with the warehouse and reply with a discounted quote that you can finalize over the phone.
