Product quality is high, customer service outstanding. Had a short delay when one of the corbels was out of stock. We were going to be away for a few weeks and was worried we wouldn't be there to receive shipment. Not to worry, Crystal in customer service was amazing, took control of the situation, made everything work out perfectly. The communication by email was outstanding with Crystal, we always knew what the order status and delivery would be, and it was, just like she said. Saia Freight was their shipper, excellent choice. Just can't do better than dealing with this company, refreshingly great experience!
