I had my sons B-day party here last week 5/14.
Im giving this place a mixed review.

The Good-
Good party for the price paid (A recent Groupon made it half price). Management was easy going about customizing the activities that the kids wanted to do. The kids had a blast. Running around the play/crawl area and Lazer Tag were great for them. Pizza was good (Came from a local pizza place opposed to the kind they make there. Good option.

The Not So Good- I agree that it is a little dark and a bit run down. New carpeting throughout would help. The way the place is run also needs improvement. Customer service is lacking. Hard to tell who works there with no one wearing uniforms. Our party host was a little laid back and I had to take charge to keep the party on schedule. When they went into the laser tag-there was no music on (like other lazer places). I asked the girl to put on some music-and she did from her phone. Why should I have to ask?! This should be set up already to go before they go in. After the pizza was served, I "suggested" we start to get the cake ready because the kids were running around at this point. Better training would solve these problems.

End Result: Kids had fun and I was happy with the price I paid for the party but improvements should be made.
