Twice Wrong Merchandise and twice pay for my own shipping
I want to start by saying the customer service for this company is "good" but with a lack of training. To start the answer to my poor review have to say that after chatting with "Glory" for quite some time making sure the product I wanted was the correct one, they send me the wrong product (Customer service needs to understand that most of buyers on the other side are not professionals). The return process was OK but I had to pay for my own shipping so $20 lost wright here (Return policy sucks) I then order the "wright product" after speaking to customer service again (all I wanted was the showcase locks with ALL the same key (LG0710-2001, Showcase Lock Keyed Alike to 2001) guess what...ALL have wrong key... and guess what....I again was asked to pay for my own shipping, obviously I refused. I will NEVER buy from them again and I will NEVER recommend them. The worst part they don't care to even offer an apology.
