We were sent a key that does not work, for whatever reasons, yet, they want us to pay to send the key back? We lose both ways, we won't have a key to use and now we have to pay to send back before they will issue a refund. That isn't the only issue, I had to take several pictures of the key to send to them to prove it is not right. Which wasn't easy because I work for the military and our computers don't allow for pictures taken from any outside source..no discs or USB allowed.
