TERRIBLE EVERYTHING

It has been 7 days since I have made my order. Nothing but my credit card charged. I have sent several emails with no response. This website is a joke. Never order anything from here!!!!!!!!

Customer placed order on 8/7. We contacted customer on 8/7 that the part was no longer available and processed a refund to the customer. Customer contacted us on 8/12 asking for a status. We responded on 8/13 that we had sent a note on 8/7 and refunded them. They asked us again on 8/13 and we responded on 8/14 stating again that previous notes we sent and that the order was refunded.
