Ordered replacement bulbs for our pool. What they failed to mention in the parts section was you need the light and casing. The bulbs which were pricey are not returnable even though they were not opened. This may not have happened had they had a phone to ask questions prior to placing the order. On the order page it should tell customers not returnable. Be sure to read beyond their 30 day product return. Other companies will take back the wrong product it’s just good business practice.
