Have not received order # 564949. Ordered 4-29-19. Cannot pull order on website

Way too long together simple parts. I have been charged on my Amex, but no product as yet. Is this a scam? i will be call the Illinois StaTe Attorney's office to register a complaint.

In the transition from our old system to the new version, our fulfillment system has encountered issues and it took longer than expected to process your order.
