ALL inquiries and customer service related issues are performed through E-mail." my first impression was that you guys would have plenty of automated email comm with regards to order status, progress and shipment details, since you can't speak 'live' to anyone. Guess I was wrong... Order placed on 11/28, received order invoice, then nothing else... Emailed 2 days later (twice) no response. Read similar reviews, so now really worried. Found out thru chat 4 days later, that there actual was someone on the end...and that product would be shipping. Arrived on the 12/3, without a single update over email on its status, shipping or delivery details. Oh, and finally got a email response on the same day (3rd) it arrived, announcing shipping details. That was really timely! :/ If your business model does not include a live customer support line, which is perfectly fine in today's world, you should make a better effort to invest in systems that would adequately and promptly update customers with regards to orders placed. Plenty of other "mom & pop" pool internet outlets doing this already, that mimic how the "big boys" operate in terms of electronic communication... Aside from that, product ordered was accurate and price was best out there, just not the customer service experience. :(
