This place has terrible service not worth the savings.

I placed an order. They immediately took my money. It has been over two weeks and I still don’t have my part. My pool is going bad and I can’t get any results. I chatted no help. They just direct you someplace else. I emailed and they don’t respond. They give you a phone number that does not accept phone calls. They won’t let you cancel an order. I would never use their service again.

Customer placed order on 11/12. No shipment made. Customer contacted us on Saturday, 12/1, and we responded when we opened on Monday, 12/3, indicating there was a warehouse error that caused it to be back-ordered. The customer should have received an automated notification and they did not. That was our mistake. We offered to cancel/refund or continue on special order process.

Customer responded in the evening of 12/3 that they wished for a refund, and we responded on 12/4 that the cancel/refund had been requested and would be processed.

Our warehouse and notification system failed on this order. It was our fault and we deserve this bad review based on the customer's experience.
